What has changed
As of June 25, 2018, the Department of Business Enterprise and Innovation (DBEI) has advised that applications for Temporary Stamp 4 status should be submitted twelve (12) weeks in advance of the expiry of the current Critical Skills Employment Permit (CSEP). Previously, DBEI advised that applications should be submitted six (6) to eight (8) weeks before the expiry of their CSEP permit.

Clients with employees in Ireland who currently hold a CSEP and who wish to extend their employee’s stay for work in Ireland.

- Clients seeking Temporary Stamp 4 status should initiate Emigra sixteen (16) weeks in advance of expiration of the CSEP.
